Prestwick Golf Course

Prestwick Golf Course has been ranked by Golf Digest as one of the "5 Best Kept Secret Courses in America, by SC Golf Rating Panel under "30 Best Courses You Play - 2004", and was ranked number 9 on a list of courses in Myrtle Beach by Myrtle Beach Golf Magazines.

Located only one mile from the beach, the Atlantic Ocean isn’t visible at Prestwick but players feel its impact with the ocean breeze constantly making itself known. Over 1.3 million cubic yards of earth were moved in sculpting towering dune-like berms, stairway bunkers and bulkhead–protected greens. A dense pine forest, sandy waste areas and meandering streams and lakes frame the generous landing areas afforded the player from any of the six sets of tees.
