2011 Coastal Uncorked Food, Wine & Spirits Festival Announces Paula Deen

t was announced today that the best-selling author, chef and television host, Paula Deen, will be hosting a cooking demonstration at this year's Coastal Uncorked Food, Wine and Spirits Festival. The festival will be held from May 8 - 15th, and will be highlighted by Ms Deen's cooking demonstration on Saturday, May 14th. Paula Deen was quoted to say, "I am looking forward to participating in Coastal Uncorked and visiting the Myrtle Beach area. It is my goal to share my love of southern cuisine with people throughout the country. The cooking demonstration will be a fun event and I am honored Coastal Uncorked asked me to be a part of the event."
This is the second annual Coastal Uncorked event in Myrtle Beach. Last year, VacationMyrtleBeach.com took part in this festival by hosting two Tasting Trolley stops at the Caravelle and Landmark Resort. The Caravelle boasted a 'Pirates of the Caravelle' theme complete with rum punch, seafood and Pirates! Landmark made it unforgettable with their 'Party at the Ruins' south-of-the-Border style theme held at the H2Oasis.
