Bodies Revealed Exhibit Coming To Myrtle Beach
The exhibit features real bodies that have been dissected and preserved to teach visitors more about the complexity of their own organs and systems.
This is the first time Bodies Revealed has come to South Carolina.
"For centuries, the medical community has learned about the inner workings of anatomy through the study of real human bodies, and now it's possible for the public to gain an intimate knowledge as well," said Dr. Roy Glover, chief medical director for Bodies Revealed in a press release. "The exhibition will change the way people of South Carolina see themselves. It will enlighten, empower, fascinate and inspire."
Bodies Revealed will be on the northeastern side of Broadway at the Beach. It will cost $14 for adults and $10 for children. Children under the age of three are free. It will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. It will be open through September 5th.
