Everything You Need to Know About Booking Online

This is the age of technology, and booking online is the preferred method for many! Booking your reservation online gives you the freedom of browsing room types and packages at your leisure, which can be a great benefit if you haven’t stayed with us before.

Reservation Tips

1. We are always running specials for our properties, and these can be found through the deals or specials page. If you find one that suits your needs, you can book directly through the special or through our regular booking engine. Be sure to enter the correct adult and children totals to ensure our system gives you the correct room type and total. Your total will include taxes and fees.

2. Make sure you have your preferred credit card ready, as you will need it to reserve your stay. Having it ready to go will make your booking process smooth and efficient. We will require your first night’s stay as a deposit, and the rest will be due at check-in. It is also great to have the name you want to reserve under, your telephone, address and e-mail address ready.

3. If at any point you have any questions we are always a phone call away to walk you through the process.

Potential Snags

You may get a “no availability” error. This could pop up for three reasons.

1. The number of adults and children you entered exceeds the maximum occupancy for the room types we have available. If this happens you may have to book more than one unit.

2. During peak season, our summer months, and around holidays, many of our resorts have a minimum night stay requirement which can range from two to five days.

3. We are booked! During the summer months, particularly on weekends, our resorts sell out. If this is the case, it is best to be flexible with your dates and try a few different options.
