Myrtle Beach Hotels and Resorts with Waterparks

By Julia Diem

Myrtle Beach resorts offer a variety of family-fun amenities. One of the most popular amenities, by far, is an on-site waterpark!

While every resort has something different to offer, if you are looking for a resort with a waterpark for your kids, this list is a great place to start:

Landmark Resort
: Landmark Resort, located on the south-end of Myrtle Beach, is home to the popular seasonal H2OASIS Waterpark. Splash around in the jungle-themed splash zone. Slide down one of the three giant waterslides. Grab a lounge chair and make a day out of it with your family! This area of the resort also includes a seasonal snack bar.

Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark
: This popular south-end resort added a new waterpark to its already generous amount of on-site amenities. Free for guests, this waterpark is the largest oceanfront resort waterpark in Myrtle Beach. It consists of two looped slides that are four-stories tall. Grab a tube and ride down the EXPLOSION Tube Slide or go solo down the TWISTER Body Slide. Guests can ride down and finish in a seasonally enclosed water fun play area where there is a silly sub, treehouse and so much more. This year-round waterpark has quickly become one of the most popular water features in Myrtle Beach!

Captain’s Quarters Resort
: The Shipwreck Lagoon Kid’s Waterpark is a fun and unique feature. This amenity consists of a large shipwrecked boat that kids can play around. It even includes pirates, spray buckets and dumping buckets. Kids will have a blast in this oceanfront pool during their vacation! Also located just steps from this waterpark are two additional oceanfront pools, an oceanfront lounge area complete with a hammock and a large indoor pool complex.

Caravelle Resort
: Not quite a full-fledged waterpark, The Caravelle Resort’s Wild Water Pool is still a fun place to splash around and enjoy some fun in the sun. Located on their block-long pool deck, the seasonal Wild Water Pool features sprays, dump buckets and more! This pool is just steps away from a large pool, lazy river and more. Plus there are plenty of lounge chairs nearby where the parents can relax while watching their children have the best vacation ever!
