Policies:
Cash is not accepted at check-in for payment.
Check in time is 4 pm or later. Check out time is before 11 am. The credit card used for the deposit must be presented at check-in, with matching photo ID. One responsible adult, 21 years or older per unit. Pets are not allowed. A fine of $500 will be assessed if a pet is brought into a unit. Service animals are not considered pets when required to perform a specific duty for the owner, and must be registered at the front desk at check-in. Emotional support animals however are considered pets and are not allowed at any time. An additional $10 per person, per night may be added for adults ages 17 or older; kids 16 or younger stay free within maximum occupancy. Cribs are available on a first come, first serve basis at check in. All special requests are subject to availability upon check in. A $200 credit card pre-authorization will be required at check-in. The cardholder for the card used for the pre-authorization must be present at check-in. Security deposits will be refunded at check-out. A $10/night per vehicle registration fee will be charged at check-in. You may register one vehicle for studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms; up to two for three and four bedrooms. Due to parking restrictions, no motorcycles are allowed on property. The first nights room and tax as well as any additional services for the first night of your stay will be charged to your credit card to guarantee your reservation. Total includes room, resort, booking, destination marketing fees, and taxes as well as any purchased additional services. Taxes and fees subject to change. Rooms and balconies are non-smoking. There will be a $250 fine for smoking in a unit.
Your remaining balance is due upon check in** and can be paid via major credit card* or debit card. Credit or debit cards must have a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo and must be imprinted with the cardholder’s name; matching photo ID must also be presented. We are unable to accept checks, money orders, cash, pre-paid cards, gift cards or foreign currencies. *A 2.5% convenience fee will be added at check in for credit card payments, however this fee is waived for debit card payments. **Some packages/special offers may have different deposit/payment requirements. Please refer to the details of the rate plan.
Beach Colony Resort Vacation Interruption Protection (VIP) Plan
Add Beach Colony's Vacation Interruption Protection (VIP) Plan to your reservation in order to protect your vacation investment (call for pricing details!). The VIP Plan can be purchased at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking, and will offer you the following great benefits to give you complete peace of mind before and during your hard earned vacation:
-Cancel any time before 4 PM on your check in day and your deposit will be refunded in full
-Make changes to your reservation as you need*
-In the unfortunate event that your stay is cut short, you will receive a refund for the remaining portion of your stay*
By declining the VIP Plan, you understand that the following will apply to your reservation:
-The reservation deposit is non-refundable
-Any changes made to the reservation, prior to arrival, will incur a $20 fee per change; changes include, but are not limited to date changes and room type changes*
-No refund for early departures
*Any changes will require your booking to be re-calculated based on the current best available rate and the new actual length of stay. Early departures require checkout by 11:00am.
VIP Plan is not valid with winter rental snowbird reservations, third-party reservations, or Advanced Purchase reservations. Other exclusions may apply.
Accidental Damage Protection Plan
Purchase the optional Accidental Damage Protection Plan for only $39.99 to cover non-negligent or accidental damage to your unit that may occur during your stay. If something breaks, simply let us know immediately and your agreement kicks in to repair or replace the item. Most importantly, you are provided with peace of mind and you can get back to enjoying your vacation with no worries!
By purchasing, you will receive coverage for up to $1,000 of accidental damage. This may include but is not limited to:
-Furniture damage
-Scratches
-Scuffs or spills on carpets or bedspreads
-Broken lamps
-Scratches or scuffs to walls
-And more
If you opt to decline this optional coverage, a $200 preauthorization to a credit card will be required at check in to cover potential damage.

Awesome stay with my parents to celebrate my Daddy's retirement and Mama's birthday. Melissa worked with us to rearrange dates due to illness, Chad was quick to restore our cable when the weather caused an issue with it. Barry and Ms. Helen were awesome as well. It was raining when we arrived and Ms. Helen was in the lobby and offered to help us. She was always saying hello and smiling every time we saw her! I can't recall the young lady that checked us in but she was pleasant and efficient as well. Great stay and we appreciated the upgrade to the room at no additional charge - that was a great surprise! Such an amazing place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! With the two outdoor pools, lazy river, and hot tub the kids actually stayed off their phones! Easy access to the beach. Staff was always helpful and friendly! We loved our stay!

01/04/2019Husband and I celebrated our anniversary and valentines 2/13-2/15 2019.. We had 2 nights in a beautiful Executive King Suite Ocean View. It was beautifully decorated and clean. We did the breakfast special and the BOGO Ripley's Aquarium Ticket and so happy we did. It was a very nice Aquarium and our Breakfast was delicious. Even though the buffet was not provided due to not enough guest we were given the menu and could choose whatever we wanted. The food was delicious and our bar tending waitress/hostess for the 2 mornings were great being they were having to wear different hats. Thank you Courtney and Lisa. The cook did a great job also. Thanks to the check in and check out Staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at Beach Colony Resort.....All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. However there was one employee who definitely went above and beyond to service me and my family's needs. His name was Freddie, and he worked at the front desk. I was so taken with his professionalism and awesome attitude. My family will definitely be back soon.
