BUT WAIT – THERE’S MORE!  YOU CAN EARN ADDITIONAL ENTRIES TO WIN!  HERE’S HOW:

-Every VMB family member will earn one extra ticket for each year of service they have with the company up to a maximum of five tickets!*

-Each property will get to submit additional entries to stand out employees each month!**

-Each employee who receives positive recognition on a survey or online review will receive an additional entry!***

-Refer a new employee to any VMB property before September 1, 2023 and earn THREE (3) additional entries per referred employee!****

  • Existing Vacation Myrtle Beach (VMB) & ENJOI Resorts, Inc. (ENJOI) employees and those hired from employment agencies to be a part of VMB & ENJOI are eligible and must work a minimum average of 30 hours per week {April 1, 2023 through October 21, 2023}. New employees hired between April 1, 2023 through September 30, 2023 must work a minimum average of 30 hours per week through October 21, 2023. Employees must have been hired prior to September 30, 2023 to be eligible.
  • VMB & ENJOI hourly & salary employees, including employees hired though employment agencies, who meet all of the requirements are eligible for the Grand Prize of $20,000.00 with the exclusion of General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and Legacy Corporate Leaders. All VMB & ENJOI employees (management and hourly), as well as those employees hired through employment agencies to be a member of VMB & ENJOI, who meet all the requirements are eligible for the $1,000 cash prizes with the exclusion of General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and Legacy Corporate Leaders.
  • *Human Resources at each property will submit a list of qualified employees and corresponding raffle tickets that will receive chances to win as follows:

Employed with VMB & ENJOI in the following years receive a ticket for each year they are employed:

2023 – one (1) ticket

2022 –  one (1)  ticket

2021 –  one (1)  ticket

2020 –  one (1)  ticket

2019 –  one (1)  ticket

 

{For example: a current active VMB & ENJOI employee that has been an employee since 2019 or prior will receive five (5) tickets}.

  • The winner must be employed by VMB, ENJOI, or employment agency on the date of the drawing, to be announced.
  • **Monthly, General Managers may submit extra chances to WIN to employees who are recognized as standout employees for the prior month.  The number of submissions available per property is based on resort size and are as follows:

  • ***General Managers may submit extra chances to WIN on a monthly basis for each employee who is positively recognized in a guest survey or online review (one submission per survey or review, no limit).
  • ****Each VMB & ENJOI employee who has referred another employee {April 1, 2023 – September 1, 2023} into the VMB & ENJOI Family, and that new VMB or ENJOI employee is employed through October 21, 2023 will receive three (3) extra chances to WIN.  Human Resources Manager and/or Payroll Manager will track employee referrals for the month. There is no limit as to how many candidates may be referred.  Please reference the Employee Referral Agreement for other rules and guidelines, which will apply.
  • Property HR Manager will have already confirmed prior to the drawing who meets eligibility requirements and how many tickets they qualify for.
  • The prizes will be awarded net of payroll taxes (VMB or ENJOI will pay the taxes on each award, and those amounts will be reported to the IRS via regular payroll processing).
  • Winners will be announced at a live event, on Facebook live, and in the November 2023 Newsletter (Salty News Newsletter)!  The announcement will be made to be announced.
