HOMEOWNER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE

Vacation Myrtle Beach is searching for an qualified Homeowner  Relations Representative to join our “outstanding”  team. The successful applicant must be detailed oriented, have superior customer service and communication skills, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume work load. Experience with Microsoft Office based products is preferred. Must be able to understand the property’s customers, marketing strategies and meet goals and objectives set by the rental property management. Sales and/or resort experience is not required, but will be a plus.

This is a year round ,  regular/ full time position with a 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday thru Friday work schedule, and occasional weekend work as needed.

Defining Standards are as follows:

Relationships
The Homeowner Relations department identifies, builds, enriches, maintains and repairs relationships with homeowners, employees, and business associates.
 Provides a Homeowner Representative that is committed with integrity
 Creates personal conversations and meetings
 Creates print/electronic communication
 Create and develop annual meeting presentations
 Homeowner administrator (makes reservations, maintains contracts/insurance, communicates issues)
Quality Inventory
The Homeowner Relations department knows and understands the property's vision, its customer, and its culture to provide quality rental units.
 Inspects and evaluates units within corporate vision and set standards
 Provides quality and economical products/services to maintain those standards
 Coordinates entities to renovate and maintain units
 Revenue manager
Maximize Inventory
The Homeowner Relations department knows and understands the property's customer; understands marketing strategies and is in tune with goals and objectives set by the rental property management.  They understand how the corporate vision integrates with the property and is able to formulate a sales story that will effectively cause homeowners to maintain their units to standard and see our rental company as their best option for rental management.
