One of the largest resort groups on the Grand Strand, Vacation Myrtle Beach, is searching for a qualified Homeowner Rental Sales Representative to recruit homeowners to our rental program. The successful applicant must have strong sales experience, be detailed oriented, have superior customer service and communication skills, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume work load.

This is a full-time year-round position, offering a competitive benefit package. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and will be heavily incentivized.

The Hotel Reservation Call Center Team Lead is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our call center associates who deal with our existing and potential customers. The Team Lead will monitor inbound and outbound call and chat responses to assess agents’ demeanor, technical accuracy, sales performance, product knowledge and conformity to company policies and procedures.


Score inbound and outbound calls for a team of 15-20 agents, objectively measuring skills in use of scripts, product knowledge, sales and service ability, greeting, diction, listening, etiquette, objection handling, efficiency and courteous close of call.

Provide effective feedback in a constructive manner to agents via written summary of call scores, real time feedback on live monitored calls and one on one coaching sessions.

Evaluate sales approaches by rating effectiveness of agents and developing helpful assessments.

Directs quality initiatives by requiring adherence to quality assurance policies and procedures.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending monthly calibration meetings and pursuing training sessions and professional publications.

Communicate issues and actions to Team Manager in a timely and objective manner.


At least 2 years hotel front desk/reservations and/or call center experience

Effective written and oral communications

Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel, Word and Power Point

Ability multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment

QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking an experienced individual for the position of Assistant General Manager. Will be responsible for management of the resort. Operations to include: guest registration and reservations, housekeeping and maintenance. At least 2 years operational management experience in the hospitality industry required. Analyze financial and operating information on an ongoing basis in order to adjust labor, supplies, materials and other costs to achieve budget.

• PEOPLE: Manage people according to Vacation Myrtle Beach resort’s values. Manage human resources functions including recruiting, selection, orientation, training, performance reviews, and pay and recognition programs to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce. Maintain a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management. Emphasize training and development as a way of doing business in order to empower employees to successfully perform their jobs. Help to develop management talent by acting as a mentor for direct reports. Resolve employee grievances fairly and timely. Ensure employees fully understand performance standards, review process, and reward successes. Manage safety program to protect guests and employees and which meets OSHA requirements. Use ongoing safety plan to minimize workers’ compensation claims. Train staff to increase level of customer sales, service and safety skills on an ongoing basis. Monitor and maintain acceptable turnover levels.

The Opportunity
We are currently searching for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the team at one of our fourteen resorts. As a General Manager, you’ll be responsible for effectively leading and managing all aspects of the Resort and for delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the resort by accomplishing performance objectives focused on driving sales and profitability, guest and associate satisfaction and ensuring that standards are met.

The minimum qualifications for the General Manager position are:
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience as a GM in a full service Resort or hotel REQUIRED; GM experience with the Branded Hotel or upscale full serve property is a plus
