As the name suggests, pizza is the star of the menu, with a full selection of both classic and creative creations. If you’re looking for something familiar, try the ‘Americo’, which is loaded with sliced pepperoni, mozzarella, and mushrooms with a classic red sauce. Or, keep it classic with the ‘Margherita’, which offers fresh roma tomatoes, house-made mozzarella, and garden-fresh basil. Other recognized varieties include the ‘Quattro Formaggio’, a favorite for cheese-lovers, and the ‘Buffalo Chicken’, perfect for when you’re craving a little extra kick.

Of course, there are plenty of options if you are looking for a one-of-a-kind pizza pie. The Brixx menu is loaded with signature items, like the ‘Bronx Bomber’, which is topped with spicy Italian sausage, prosciutto, mozzarella, gorgonzola, and fresh oregano. Or, for a truly eclectic pizza experience, try the ‘Pear & Gorgonzola’, which offers a surprising combination of sliced Asian pears, mozzarella, gorgonzola, walnuts, and caramelized onions. How’s that for something unique? Other creative fan favorites include the ‘Korean Pepper Steak’, ‘Spicy Shrimp’, and ‘Sweet Thai Chicken’.

Think pizza is limited to lunch and dinner? Think again. Brixx is one of the few places along the Grand Strand to offer breakfast pizzas! And not just one simple variety with eggs and cheese, but six unique pies that are perfect for an early morning snack. Start your morning right with the ‘Brunch Supremo Pizza’, which comes loaded with scrambled eggs, spicy Italian sausage, bacon, onions, mushrooms, mozzarella, and cheddar.

Or, splurge on the house made ‘Mozzarella Sandwich’, which, as the name suggests, is made with fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, onions, and fresh basil all melted to bubbly goodness on focaccia.

It wouldn’t be a trip to an Italian joint without saving room for dessert, and the Brixx sweet selections certainly do not disappoint. The dessert menu includes a ‘Chocolate Truffle Torte’, ‘Salted Caramel Crunch Cookie Pie’, and even a dessert pizza!

Brixx also offers 24 beers on tap, which includes several local and regional selections, to help you beat the beach heat and wash your pizza down. Wine lovers aren’t left out either, with a full wine menu with varietals from around the world.
