Hot Summer Nights at the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk

Each summer the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk heats up the night with Hot Summer Nights! A family-friendly summer-long event, this adds to the reasons for visitors to check out all that the Boardwalk has to offer!

Because the events that are part of this program are free, it is perfect for families who are looking to have a good time in Myrtle Beach without spending a lot of money.

Hot Summer Nights will include a myriad of events for all ages including free outdoor concerts, Boardwalk Kids Carnival, fireworks shows and so much more!

• On Mondays from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. children will be able to enjoy the Kids Carnival which will include games, a stilt walker, face painting and more! The Kids Carnival begins on June 2 and will continue until August 25.
• On Tuesdays, Thursday and Saturdays beginning at 8 p.m. there will be a live concert at the Plyler Park stage. A variety of local and regional bands will play such as The Austin Mowery Band, The Josh Brannon Band and Bullfrog. The sounds of the evening will range from country to rock to reggae and pop. These concerts will begin on June 3 and run through August 30.
• On most Wednesdays throughout the summer there will be a fireworks show – a favorite of many to celebrate the summer season. This will take place at 10 p.m. on Wednesdays from June 11 through August 20 (no July 2 show) as well as special shows on July 4 and August 30. So, plan on spending the evening along the Boardwalk or bring a chair or blanket out on to the beach and enjoy the show!
• Additionally on Wednesdays there will be live music on the 9^th Avenue Stage from June 4 until August 27 from 6 to 9 p.m. Be sure to check it out prior to the fireworks show and make an evening out of it!
• Fridays and Sundays throughout the summer will feature evening Boardwalk Performers including Boardwalk Elvis! Stroll along the Boardwalk while being entertained June 1 through August 31.

As you can see, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk will be THE place to be this summer to enjoy free fun by the ocean!
