New To Barefoot Landing: LuLu’s Beach Arcade & Mountain of Youth Ropes Course

By Alexx Altman

Lucy Buffet's LuLu's ropes courseLucy Buffett’s LuLu’s continues to bring fun to a whole other level in North Myrtle Beach. Located at Barefoot Landing on the Intracoastal Waterway, LuLu’s serves delicious food and a new daringly fun rope course and beach arcade for 2019. Parents can enjoy some fun of their own while the kids hang out in a safe environment.

Among the ropes course, you will find both new and old-school games such as Skee-Ball, classic Pac man, and air hockey. Don’t forget to grab your reloadable arcade play card for endless fun. The ropes course features 26 elements and an optional free-fall exit after you bravely conquer The Mountain of Youth. To participate you must be at least 48” tall, and the cost to play begins at $20 (subject to change). You won’t be able to miss the vibrantly colored structure as you stroll through Barefoot Landing.

LuLu’s creates a destination in itself while creating a tropical and relaxing atmosphere. The Mountain Youth Ropes Course compliments Lucy Buffet’s mission to create coastal dining and fun for all families. To create a unique environment, it only makes sense they paired with FACE Amusement. With 30 years in the amusement and attraction industry, FACE Amusement’s mission is good family fun.

LuLu's food in North Myrtle BeachAfter you work up an appetite on the ropes course, make sure to eat at LuLu’s Restaurant next door. Menu favorites include shrimp and grits, fried green tomatoes, fried okra, lower Alabama caviar, LuLu’s famous seafood gumbo, and more. If you can’t eat seafood, there is a wide selection of items on their allergy menu to choose from. Enjoy the southern hospitality, drink a sweet tea, and stay a while.

Choose to stay at Beach Cove Resort or Ocean Creek Resort and be less than one mile away from your soon-to-be favorite restaurant and new attraction.
