Spirit Airlines Announces New Flights

By Vacation Myrtle Beach

Spirit Airlines, one of the carriers that serves Myrtle Beach International Airport, has added two new seasonal routes to its list of Myrtle Beach flights.

Spirit announced recently that they would be adding a Baltimore/Washington flight as well as a Philadelphia flight to its 2013 seasonal route schedule and Myrtle Beach visitors are now able to fly into Myrtle Beach on these direct flights.

In addition, WestJet, which runs out of Canada, is adding flights from Toronto direct to Myrtle Beach two times per week.

Spirit Airlines also offers flights to Myrtle Beach from other major cities in the region including Atlantic City, Boston, Fort Lauderdale and New York’s LaGuardia Airport.

Spirit also flies additional routes throughout the year that are considered seasonal, because they do not fly year-round. Some are run daily, while others are only a few times per week, so check their website for more details. Routes in this category to Myrtle Beach include routes from Chicago O’Hare and Detroit; Latrobe/Pittsburgh; Niagra Falls/New York/Toronto region; and Charleston, West Virginia.
