Broadway at the Beach is a cluster of shops, theaters, hotels and other attractions set on 350 acres and surrounding the 23-acre Lake Broadway in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Ripley’s Aquarium is one of South Carolina’s most visited attractions. The collection of giant tanks includes the 750,000 gallon Dangerous Reef, which is filled with thousands of fish of every shape and size, including sharks. Other tanks comprise Rio Amazon, which holds Piranhas, Arapaima and the Red-tailed Catfish, all native to South America, the Living Gallery and Rainbow Rock.

Dragon’s Lair Mini Golf is one of the best mini golf locations in Myrtle Beach (and that is saying something since there are a lot!). You can test your skills against a 30-foot dragon breathing fire and a number of caves and castles. You won’t be sorry you stopped to play some putt-putt here.

WonderWorks is a top-secret research lab that somehow landed upside-down on the top of a crab shack in Myrtle Beach. The lab is full of mind-boggling experiments and exhibits that are designed to both stimulate the mind and spark the imagination. You can experience leaning against a 75mph wind, land a space shuttle, control a fighter jet and ride a 360 degree virtual roller coaster as you work your way around this collection of more than 100 exhibits.

MaqiQuest is an interactive live-action game that lets youngsters (and adults) explore an enchanted fantasy world using magic wands to decide the path of the game. You can dragons and goblins and get help from pixies and wizards. And at the end of it all, you still have your magic wand to keep forever.

Pavilion Nostalgia Park is a traditional amusement park that features a balloon Ferris wheel, Red Baron airplanes, a classic carousel and the Broadway Train. You’ll also find a German Baden Band Organ more than 100 years old, and a Blast from the Past retail shop that sells fried dough, corn dogs, cotton candy, pizza, and much more!
