What’s the Weather Like in June

By Samantha Norton

June is right around the corner and we have been waiting what feels like forever for June to be here! June 21st officially starts summer and it is such an exciting time in Myrtle Beach. June is one of our busiest months and we welcome back all of our friends from summers past and greet some new friends making their first Myrtle Beach trip.

The deliciously warm weather we coveted in May becomes a daily occurrence in June. Almost every day will be in the high 80s and a beach worthy day. On average the forecast does call for some precipitation practically every day, but it doesn’t actually happen. The upside to rain when we get it is it doesn’t last very long and can actually be a nice reprieve from a warm day. Be spontaneous and dance in the rain, it keeps you young.

June and summer usher in all sorts of great events and festivals that you don’t want to miss.
