For an entree, try pasta classics like fetuccine alfredo or carbonara, or “Lombardo’s Laz,” a spectacular lasagne layered with meats and cheese. Try chicken or veal prepared in one of five classic Italian styles: parmesan, marsala, picatta, francaise, or cacciatore.
