Everyone over the age of majority is welcome to visit our preview center or resort sales office and purchase; however, in order to participate in this promotional offer, you and your spouse or cohabitating significant other (if applicable) must meet the requirements set forth in these Details of Participation at the time of your purchase of, and travel on, this vacation package. If you and your spouse or cohabitating significant other (if applicable) do not meet these requirements, you will not be eligible to receive any gifts or special promotions in connection with this offer. If you do not meet these requirements, but you or your spouse or cohabitating significant other have received gifts, you will be charged the verifiable retail value for such gifts, plus all applicable taxes, less any payments made by you. I or We each (if married or cohabitating with a significant other) understand that neither of Us may participate in any promotional or other offer made by another vacation ownership company or travel club while traveling on this Package or have previously toured with Enjoi Resorts worldwide within the last 6 months. Group travel on this vacation package is not permitted. Group travel is defined as traveling with friends or family on separately purchased vacation packages to the same destination during overlapping travel dates. Taxes and resort fees on accommodations will apply and are my sole responsibility upon check-in.  The timeshare sales presentation will be in English. By accepting this offer and to meet its eligibility requirements, you affirm that you (or We if married or cohabitating with a significant other) are conversant in the English language and have read and understand these Details of Participation.  All reservations are made on a space-available basis and popular dates book quickly. Verified retail value of the promotion offered is up to $749.00, unless stated otherwise. Transportation, additional expenses, resort fees, parking and applicable room and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipients. Pets are not permitted, and motorcycle and RV restrictions may apply.  One offer per household.  Employees of Enjoi Resorts Worldwide, or their affiliated companies, and their immediate family members, and persons under the age of 25 who do not have a spouse or cohabitating significant other who is over the age of 25 are ineligible for this offer. This promotion is offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state registration and/or licensing requirements have not been met. You agree that names, email addresses and postal addresses obtained during this promotion may be used for the purpose of soliciting sales of timeshare interests and/or discount vacation products and travel services. In addition, you agree to be contacted by mail, email and/or telephone or SMS/text, including through the use of an automated telephone dialer, in which case a pre-recorded message may be left on your answering machine, by Enjoi Resorts Worldwide, and their affiliates concerning this promotion and any other future promotions. Participants in this promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Details of Participation, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation, will be charged the full retail value of the package consumed, up to $749.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the exclusive nature of this promotion, there are no refunds for cancellations, no shows or early check outs. Changes to arrival date must be made at least 14 days prior to original arrival date and are subject to availability. In the event that the promotional package is not available, the package deposit may be used towards accommodations calculated at the best available rate for your new dates.
