Our knowledgeable golf staff can help you book a round of golf at any of the nearly 80 golf courses along the Grand Strand, including the famed Dunes Golf and Beach Club, which is ranked annually among the top 50 courses in the United States. Landmark Resort staff will help you plan your day or evening in Myrtle Beach, SC and can offer discount tickets to virtually all of Myrtle Beach's top attractions and theaters.

Cash is not accepted at check-in for payment.

Special cancellation policy: Your deposit is fully-refundable up until 14 days prior to your arrival. Within 14 days of arrival, your first night's deposit is non-refundable. There is a $20 fee should you need to change your dates within 14 days of arrival. There will not be any refunds for early departure. This is available for a limited time only. *Group reservations, monthly reservations and reservations booked through Online Travel Agencies or third party entities excluded.

Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. Family oriented hotel. Children and/or students 20 years or younger must be accompanied by their parent. Local Residents Policy: Ocean Escape Condos does not accept reservations or permit occupancy by residents of Horry or Georgetown Counties of South Carolina from October 23, 2023 until March 21, 2024 and October 21, 2024 until December 31, 2024.

Discounts do not apply to packages. The first nights room and tax as well as any additional services for the first night of your stay will be charged to your credit card to guarantee your reservation. 

Reservations booked prior to 72 hours before arrival: The first nights room and tax as well as any additional services for the first night of your stay will be charged to your credit card to guarantee your reservation.  Remaining balance will be automatically charged 72 hours prior to arrival to the credit card on file; if we are unable to process the card on file for the balance due, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.

Reservations booked within 72 hours of arrival: Full payment including taxes, fees and any additional services is due at time of booking.

Check-in for Ocean Escape guests is available at the Landmark Resort front desk, located at 1501 S. Ocean Blvd., Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Ocean Escape guests will receive 1 parking pass if booked in a two bedroom and 2 parking passes if booked in a three bedroom, with parking available at the Ocean Escape building. Ocean Escape is non-smoking. Daily maid service is not included. Refundable security deposit of $250 is required. Charges will be applied to your $250 security deposit only if there are damages, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, unpaid balances, if check-out procedures are not followed or checking out later than 11 a.m. Security deposits will be refunded within 10 days of departure less any charges.  Availability of funds may vary based upon your financial institution and account type and may take 10+ days.

Ocean Escape guests receive access to these select Landmark Resort amenities: seasonal H2OASIS, Havana Java Bar, Gazebo Restaurant, Latitudes Lounge, Landmark Resort front desk, golf and entertainment ticket department and guest laundry room. Additionally, Ocean Escape guests will receive exclusive access to the year-round waterpark at Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark as well as 13 additional water features at Crown Reef including the lazy river ride, whirlpools and pools, fitness center, arcade and more, located just 1.3 miles away. Located just 7 blocks away, guests will also have access to hotel BLUE amenities, featuring a seasonal swim-up pool bar, indoor lazy river, outdoor pool and more. *Access is not included for Ocean Escape guests to Landmark Resort’s oceanfront pool deck, indoor pool complex, summer poolside activities, fitness room, poolside dining, sauna, Landmark’s parking garage and any other amenities not listed here.

Reservations are non-transferable. Pets are not allowed.  A fine of $500 will be assessed if a pet is brought into a unit.  Service animals are not considered pets when required to perform a specific duty for the owner, and must be registered at the front desk at check-in.  Emotional support animals however are considered pets and are not allowed at any time. We reserve the right to require a minimum night stay in any unit any time of year. Rates are subject to change. Due to rare technical issues, all online rates and reservations are not final until approved by the resort.  Tee times and courses reserved online are requests for and are pending course approval. Room rates are subject to a resort fee, and state and local taxes. Resort fee and taxes subject to change without notice. Pre-booked outside services such as, but not limited to, show tickets, attraction tickets and golf tee times are non-refundable. VIP Plan is not valid with Ocean Escape reservations.

Accidental Damage Protection

• The Accidental Damage Protection Plan is an optional fee that is $39.99.
• This plan provides coverage for up to $1,000 of accidental damage.
• This may include but is not limited to; furniture damage, scratches, scuffs or spills on carpet, bedspreads, broken lamp or scratches or scuffs to walls.
• This fee is non-refundable and is added to your balance.
• Any damage claim must be reported to the resort prior to check-out.
• The Accidental Damage Protection Plan does not cover intentional or malicious damage due to abuse or damage incurred while violating resort guidelines. For example, this may include but is not limited to smoking, pets, parties or other resort guidelines.
• If you opt to decline this optional coverage, a $250 preauthorization to a credit card will be required at check in to cover potential damage.
