Is it real? Test your powers of observation and your nerves as you walk through the multiple levels of this house of horrors. Ripley’s combines live actors with animatronics, so you might be surprised when that “fake” ghoul lurking in the shadows suddenly walks right toward you.

Lurid special effects, ghostly sounds, and gruesome scenes await around every corner of this multi-million dollar haunted spectacular, and is sure to give goose bumps and chills to everyone who dares to enter. Even the most skeptical visitors might find their minds changed once they encounter the zombies, graveyard walks, haunted paintings, and ghosts that inhabit this house of horrors.

Whether you’re looking for an innovative way to get in the Halloween spirit or simply want to add an extra special thrill to your Myrtle Beach resort stay, you’ll find what you’re looking for at Ripley’s Haunted Adventure. When you’re staying at a VMB hotel, you don’t have to travel far for this creepy experience. Myrtle Beach resorts South Wind on the Ocean, Forest Dunes, Beach Colony, Caravelle, and Carolina Winds are right nearby.

Ripley’s Haunted Adventure is open Sunday-Thursday from 12-7 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 12 pm-8 pm, for extra weekend hours of scary fun. But the hours are based on business from Oct. 25-31 with closing times varying. VMB cardholders save $2 off admission to this bone-chilling adventure. Remember, children under 6 are not permitted.
