Barefoot Landing is in North Myrtle Beach and is a premier destination for shopping and dining along the Intracoastal Waterway.

Barefoot Landing hosts events and festivals throughout the year, as well as fireworks every Monday during the summer from Monday, June 8th through Monday, August 31st at 10 p.m. These fireworks shows are weather-permitting.

Second Avenue Pier

Reel in memories, tasty bites, and seaside fun at the 2nd Avenue Pier—one of Myrtle Beach’s most popular spots for all ages! Located at the southern end of the Boardwalk, it’s perfect for a casual stroll, kid-friendly fishing, or a laid-back meal with an ocean view.

The Second Avenue Pier is hosting a weekly fireworks show every Wednesday this summer from Wednesday, May 27th, through Wednesday, September 2nd at 9 p.m. Please note the fireworks show on Wednesday, July 1st, will be moved to Saturday, July 4th, in place of the usual Wednesday show. These fireworks shows are weather-permitting.

 

Myrtle Beach 4th of July Fireworks

Myrtle Beach is known for its fireworks displays not only all summer long, but especially on the 4th of July! Here are some of the fireworks displays scheduled for Independence Day:

  • Barefoot Landing – Saturday, July 4th, 2026, at 10 p.m. Venture just north of Myrtle Beach to Barefoot Landing to celebrate the Fourth of July with an amazing fireworks show!
  • Cherry Grove Pier – Saturday, July 4th, 2026, at 9:30 p.m. Visit North Myrtle Beach’s famous Cherry Grove Pier for a fireworks display on the beach!
  • Myrtle Beach Pelicans – Saturday, July 4, 2026, post-game show. Enjoy America’s favorite pastime and watch the Myrtle Beach Pelicans play baseball, then enjoy an extraordinary fireworks display after the game!
  • Second Avenue Pier – Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 9 p.m. For an unforgettable fireworks show, head to the south end of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and watch the night sky light up—right from the sand.
