A $250 credit card pre-authorization is required for a security deposit. The authorization will be released after check-out and will only be charged if there are damages, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, unpaid balances, if check-out procedures are not followed or checking out later than 10 a.m. Pre-authorization will be released within 10 days of departure less any charges.

Daily housekeeping services are not provided. In-stay services such as housekeeping visits, towel exchanges, and toiletry and paper product replenishments are not provided during your stay. A departure cleaning fee is included.

A $10/night per vehicle registration fee will be charged prior to arrival. You may register one vehicle for one bedrooms and up to two for three bedrooms. Due to parking restrictions, motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, and related equipment are NOT permitted on resort property.

Pets are not allowed. A fine of $500 will be assessed if a pet is brought into a unit. Service animals are not considered pets when required to perform a specific duty for the owner, and must be registered with us. Emotional support animals however are considered pets and are not allowed at any time.

An additional $10 per person, per night may be added for adults ages 17 or older; kids 16 or younger stay free within maximum occupancy.; state taxes; local taxes; and additional fees. Fines may be charged for anyone who smokes on the resort property. All fees are subject to change without warning.

The credit card used for the deposit must be presented with matching photo ID.

Only U.S. funds are accepted. We are unable to accept cash.

Deposit Policy: 25% is due at the time of booking for bookings made more than 30 days before arrival. Balance in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 30 days of arrival will receive a full refund. Within 30 days of arrival, the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable.

Reservations are not transferable.

If paying with Affirm: A credit card is required for security deposit, additional services, upgrades, vehicle registration, other fees, additional nights, or any other charges beyond the initial booking amount.
