Deposit Policy: 25% is due at the time of booking for bookings made outside of 14 days of arrival. Balance in full is due 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 30 days of arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14 to 29 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.

The credit card used for deposit must be presented at check-in, with matching photo ID. An additional $10 per person, per night may be added for adults ages 17 or older; kids 16 or younger stay free within maximum occupancy. Cribs are available on a first-come, first serve basis at check-in. All special requests are subject to availability. A $250 credit card pre-authorization is required at check-in as a security deposit. Pre-Authorization, less any charges, released upon check out. Availability of funds may vary based upon your financial institution and account type and may take 10+ days. A $10/night per vehicle registration fee will be charged at check-in. Limit 1 vehicle registration per one and two bedroom units and limit 2 per unit three bedrooms or larger. Motorcycles, trailers and related equipment are not allowed. Total includes room, resort, booking, destination marketing fees, and taxes as well as any purchased additional services. Taxes/fees subject to change.

Credit or debit cards must have a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo and must be imprinted with the cardholder’s name; matching photo ID must also be presented.
