We had a wonderful experience at the crown Reef!! Rooms were spacious and clean. The suite was perfect for our family. Clean towels were always provided when requested. One of our remotes didn't have any batteries in it but it was quickly remedied by maintenance. The pool area was spacious and always had seating! We were there with a softball team and they did an amazing job accommodating getting us all as close as possible to each other.

Room service went way out the there to make sure i had everything i needed front desk brought me my breakfast tickets to my room because I forgot them at the front desk and it's all the way across the street also and they just wanted me to enjoy my stay and not be chasing tickets down I highly recommend this hotel the pools was clean the lady River was clean it was just a very clean environment and had so much activity to do I couldn't keep up I'm definitely coming back when I can save up the money that was money well spent and they didn't knock my head off and I didn't have to go through a 2-hour timeshare to get the great pricing

We loved our stay! It was much needed relaxation and fun for our whole family. The pools were amazing. Drinks, food, snacks were so convenient. The staff was all so friendly and sweet. Beach access wonderful, whole place was so clean and beautiful.

We enjoyed a lovely family reunion at the beach, and it truly was a beautiful experience. The Crown Reef accommodation was wonderful, and they took good care of us with delicious food. Our rooms were spacious, and the housekeepers were incredibly helpful and kind to everyone. I definitely look forward to returning!

I was simply delighted and amazed with how the maintenance man quickly knew exactly what to do! Wow!

From check in to leaving, everyone was very kind and helpful. I have two disabled children and everyone was very accommodating. One on a ventilator and wheelchair bound. Housekeeping staff were the best and two waitress ladies that worked at the Gecko. This was my third time staying there and we will definitely be back.

Fresh towels daily. Staff courteous. We loved the location of our room.

Everyone from the greeting desk all the way to the Manager was super helpful. Housekeeping was super polite. People at the waterpark were super polite overall 10 out of 10 experience even Shante at the check-in desk.
