La Belle Amie Vineyard

Two of the three vines used to make the local wine here at La Belle Amie Vineyard are well over 100 years old. With ancestral ties to South France, “Uncle Gifford” brought the family recipe over to America and began producing wine for his friends and the local community in the early to mid 20th century. Today, you can still taste his wine at the Wine and Gift Shop located on the premise. The site holds wine tastings on a near daily basis from and offers 17 different kinds of wine.
