The X Gym

The X Gym, which used to be The Plex, is located on George Bishop Parkway in Myrtle Beach. A variety of sporting events and practices take place here including, C4W wrestling, Waccamaw Archery, Grand Strand Juniors Volleyball, Palmetto State Roller Derby practices, and Mazner Basketball School. They also offer a gym membership including classes like Cross Fit, Zumba, Cardio Kickboxing as well as sports pick-up games.
